Supporting the IMT DES 2006-2008

The documents listed below are provided to help GP Practices in Oxfordshire achieve the requirements of the GMS Contract IMT DES for 2006-2008.

Irrespective of the requirements of the DES, many of these documents represent ‘best practice’ and Practices will want to have them as a useful general resource. They are provided as one of the ways that the Oxfordshire PCT wants to support Practices generally and in achieving IMT DES accreditation.

The documents are grouped by general category so that if you need something on a particular topic then it should be easier to find.

If you need advice or support on a topic for which there isn’t a document here then please let us know and we’ll do what we can to make something available.

Please note that as more documents become available they will be put on this site so it will be worth checking back here at regular intervals.

If you have problems downloading any of the documents please contact Lorraine Gaskins at the Decision Support Office  01865 336741 lorraine.gaskins@oxfordshirepct.nhs.uk

(Please note that to read some of these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader loaded onto your computer. If you do not currently have this, a free copy may be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions.html )

For all general queries about the IMT DES please contact Sue Williams at Oxfordshire PCT 01865 336783 sue.williams@oxfordshirepct.nhs.uk
